GEEZER
(Heavy blues - Kingston, NY)
Based in Kingston, NY, Geezer formed in 2012 and released their first album,
Electrically Recorded Handmade Heavy Blues, in 2013, following with Gage in 2014 and their breakthrough self-titled in 2016. Psychoriffadelia expanded further in a jam-based direction in 2017 and was complemented by the A Flagrant Disregard for Happiness live
outing. Geezer toured Europe in 2017, playing Freak Valley Festival in Germany and other shows, have shared stages with High on Fire, Nebula, Earthless, Ufomammut and many more, and released through labels like STB Records, Ripple Music and Kozmik Artifactz.
In 2019, they issued their Spiral Fires EP, and 2020’s Groovy is their fourth long-player, solidifying their approach to trippy, heavy blues and classic songwriting. In June of 2022, we find Geezer returning to Europe for Freak Valley Festival, Heavy Psych
Sounds Fests in Salzburg (AUT) and Switzerland, along with a European Tour. To coincide with the tour, Geezer will be releasing our latest and greatest full length release.
